Manas (Assam): Two hand-raised clouded leopard cubs have been radio-collared in anticipation of their return to the wild by the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW – www.ifaw.org), and its partner the Wildlife Trust of India (WTI).
