A banded krait being released by IFAW-WTI staff based at CWRC on October 19 in Panbari RF. The snake strayed into a human settlement in Borjuri of Panbari near Kaziranga was caught by a staff of CWRC on the 17th.
A female elephant calf undergoing nursing at CWRC. The elephant was found stuck in a ditch in Nunoi Range of Udalguri District, BTC by SSB staff who secured it and transported it to the range forest office and later it was admitted to CWRC.
A spectacled cobra being released in Kokrajhar in BTC, Assam on October 20. It was caught at the office of the Department of Industries and Commerce and released the same day.

A female jungle cat kitten is being treated for dehydration by a team of IFAW-WTI veterinarians at CWRC. The cat was picked up in Hatikhuli, Kaziranga on October 10, when forest staff found it lying on the ground.
A female rhino calf, admitted to CWRC on October 27, was found alone by a forest patrolling team on the banks of Dipholu River in Burapahar Range of Kaziranga. Reunion with the mother was not possible and it was brought to the centre.
