A Himalayan crestless porcupine released after treatment by the MVS- Lower Assam
A Oriental pied hornbill chick at the IFAW-WTI Mobile Veterinary Service (MVS) Lower Assam field station in Kokrajhar. The chick was found alone in Jhalbari Reserve Forest, Haltugaon.

Civet being hand-raised at CWRC
A rat snake trapped in a fishing net in Panbari, being rescued by the IFAW-WTI MVS Central Assam unit. The snake was released after preliminary medical examination. An infant small Indian civet being fed by an animal keeper at the IFAW-WTI run CWRC, Assam. The civet was found alone with two others in Tinsukia by the Forest Department officials.
