Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) invites applications from Master Degree holders in the Human Resource, with 9-12 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR- Strategic HR/Training & Development/Performance Management/Compensation and Benefits/Budget Management/Organizational development initiatives.


Qualification, Experience & Skills                                           

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven proficiency to ensure quality and accuracy of written communications
  • Inclination towards Wildlife conservation
  • Master Degree in Human Resource
  • Work Experience of 9-12 years, preferably working for an NGO


Broad responsibilities include

  1. Program Implementation and works in close association with all Regional Heads and Project Leads for ensuring that the standard operative procedures set for the concerned discipline are followed in the field.
  2. Represent the organization at meeting and conferences pertaining to the HR discipline
  3. Ensure that activities stipulated are met in terms of quality and quantity for HQ run projects
  4. Shall be responsible for the delivery of all outcomes and outputs meant for HR PIP.
  5. Responsible for managing all aspects of the project budget, including approving cash flow of team members, scrutinizing the submission of statement of accounts to Finance/HQ
  6. Function as a quality control manager by constantly reviewing and updating the skill-set required for delivering the outcomes and outputs in consultation with PI and RH.
  7. Visit the field stations to provide the HR inputs and support to the field staff.
  8. Will be responsible to coordinate with the project heads for updating the Standard Operation Protocol (SoP) of the Big Idea or Discipline in the PPP manual
  9. Initiate various activities to develop the culture of the organization
  10. Focus on the competency building
  11. New ideas to improve the processes in terms of payroll management, HR Management, organizational development
  12. Manage the entire gamut of Employee Life Cycle
